Stop pushing harder. Start moving freer.
Deep change. Sustainable results. No hacks required.

Imagine finishing your workday with energy left in your tank. Making a hard decision without days or weeks of second-guessing. Leading from a place that feels like you, rather than a version of you that's running on fumes and willpower. This isn’t a fantasy. It's what becomes possible when you stop fighting your blocks and start working with them. I'm Graham, and I help accomplished, driven people clear what's in the way of the work and the life they actually want... not with advice or systems or productivity hacks, but with something that goes a lot deeper than that.
Your inner wisdom is waiting. Let's clear the path.
What is Conscious Leadership Coaching?
At it's heart, this is one-on-one coaching that is designed to get you doing your thing better. Not just in terms of milestones and deliverables, but in terms of ease, flow, rest, clarity, excitement, skill, and joy. It's is for anyone who wants to move through their day with flow and ease, to be the leader their team or their family or their own self really needs, to respond with skill instead of react to stress. This is for anyone who’s gone as far as they can under their own power, and could really stand to switch to rocket fuel.
The Mastery Method
That rocket fuel is a coaching philosophy that’s designed to create sustainable, deep-rooted change through inner transformation. Great coaching isn’t about giving you advice or designing the “perfect” system for getting more done; it’s about clearing the blocks that hold you back from accessing your inner wisdom and aligning to your purpose. The Mastery Method is a coaching philosophy and system created by Alyssa Nobriga that rests on three pillars: first, coming into awareness of your block; second, finding unconditional acceptance for that block as part of you instead of fighting or rejecting it; and third, moving into aligned action that feels obvious and easy from that place of acceptance.

1
Awareness
First, we identify that a block exists: something is holding you back, draining your energy, getting in your way. It might be causing you to procrastinate, react, or make decisions you later regret. We get clear on what that block is, and how it influences you.
2
Acceptance
Acceptance is about curiosity and acknowledgement. It's about closing the distance between you and your block, hitting pause on your self-judgments, and asking how your block could just be here to support you instead of only seeing how it holds you back.
3
Aligned Action
From a place of acceptance, new paths and new possible ways of being open up. You anchor that acceptance into life with an experiment—a new way of being, a new approach to an old block, a different perspective on self-worth. Your inner wisdom guides you.
Hi, I'm Graham.
I've worn a lot of hats in my life: student, physicist, engineer, medic, tour guide, yogi, meditator, chimney sweep (yes, really), men's work leader, and now leadership coach. My mission is to connect people to new ways of thinking and more flexible and resilient relationships with this ever-more unpredictable world.

Because as Albert Einstein once said, "We cannot solve our problems with the same level of thinking we used when we created them."
(Speaking of Einstein, I found out recently he was a real person! All my life, I thought he was just a theoretical physicist!)

Pause here for a second...
If you've made it this far and you're curious to read more, let me give you a nudge. Reading about this work is one thing — it's great if you see yourself reflected in these words — but the only way to fully understand the Mastery Method by experiencing it.

So, here's an invitation: book a free one-off call where you'll get to test out what happens when you apply these three pillars of awareness, acceptance, and aligned action to a specific block you're facing right now. It's not a sales call; it's my way of being in service and offering you a window onto a different way of being.

Or, if you're not ready for that just yet, go check out the free stuff over on my resources page. It's all stuff that I hope you'll find genuinely useful, whether you want to work together or no.
What's Holding You Back?
Once you identify a block, you can start to change it. Leadership doesn't stop at the end of the workday. It starts with how you lead yourself and care for yourself, and ripples out to your ability to lead, trust, and work as a partner with family, friends, work, and community.
Self-Sabotage in Career Advancement
You’ve worked hard and earned a level of success and recognition, but now you find yourself hanging back from that next opportunity. Maybe you’re making uncharacteristic mistakes at critical times or not stepping up and landing that project you’re hungry for. Self-sabotage is often your system’s way of protecting you from a perceived threat: visibility, failure, or even success itself.
Through our work together we'll explore the unconscious beliefs and somatic patterns driving these behaviour, and transform the block into aligned action. The result? You'll move toward opportunities with confidence and ease, trusting yourself to rise without resistance.
Chronic Overwhelm Despite High Capability
You're objectively competent and your track record proves it, but you feel like you're drowning. No matter how much you accomplish, there's always more to do, and you can't seem to catch your breath. The overwhelm isn't about your ability to handle your workload; it's about the mental and emotional patterns that keep you in constant high alert.
When we work together, we'll address both the stories you're telling yourself about what's required of you and the nervous system responses that keep you in overdrive. As these patterns shift, you'll discover that you can accomplish more while feeling less frantic, creating the spaciousness and ease you've been craving.
Emotional Reactivity in Leadership Moments
In those critical leadership moments, you feel yourself losing composure. A moment of conflict leads to a flash of anger, or a high-stakes decision brings on a wave of anxiety and a sudden shutdown, and afterwards you wonder why you couldn't stay grounded when you needed it most.
Emotional reactivity isn't a failing, a flaw, or a personal defect. It's a somatic and emotional response pattern that can be transformed. We'll work with your nervous system and the unprocessed emotions underlying these reactions, helping you build the capacity to stay present and regulated even under pressure. The result is leadership that feels calm, intentional, and deeply authentic, because the seeds of emotional reactivity blossom into wisdom and deep empathy when nourished.
People-Pleasing at the Expense of Boundaries
How many times have you said yes when you wanted or needed to say no? Overextended yourself to avoid disappointing others and found yourself stewing with resentment, laid out with exhaustion, or wondering if you’re invisible? Being “nice”, people pleasing, and always saying yes aren’t the same as being kind. Pouring from an empty cup might feel like the only option, but the long-term costs weigh heavy on you and your relationships.
This pattern is often rooted in a fear of conflict or of losing your place of belonging. Our work will help you understand what's driving this pattern and build a new relationship with those parts, and you’ll experiment to find ways to identify, set, share, and reinforce boundaries that feel both firm and compassionate. There are man ways to say “no” without closing your heart or acting grumpy. You'll learn to honour your own needs without guilt, put down the burdens of over-responsibility for others’ experiences, and create relationships and work dynamics built on mutual respect rather than self-sacrifice. The outcome? More energy, more authenticity, and the freedom to show up as yourself.
Imposter Syndrome Limiting Your Impact
You've earned your place at the table, but you don't feel it. You hold back in meetings, downplay your contributions, and assume others are more qualified. Inner doubt keeps you playing small even as opportunities for greater impact appear. Maybe you even spend days wondering when someone is going to notice, and imagining worst-case scenarios when they do.
Imposter syndrome thrives on the gap between your external success and your internal sense of worthiness, and it can drive you to compare your most challenging moments to other peoples’ flow states. There’s lots here to work on, from shadow work that helps you see yourself and others more clearly, to integrating the parts of you that feel "not enough" and addressing the beliefs and patterns that keep you questioning yourself. As you clear these blocks, you'll step into your leadership with a quiet confidence, sharing your voice and ideas freely, knowing that your perspective has value and your presence makes a difference.
Procrastination on Meaningful Goals
You're excellent at handling urgent tasks—emails, meetings, fires that need putting out—but when it comes to work that truly matters to you, you find yourself stuck. That big project, that new direction, that meaningful goal... they’re constantly slipping to tomorrow, or next week, and you just can’t seem to find them time for them.
This isn't laziness. Procrastination usually arises from an inner block: fear of visibility, perfectionism, or not feeling ready. The work isn’t to add yet another system or productivity hack to your workload. The work is to identify the block, have a conversation with it, learn from its wisdom, and integrate it. Once you’re not fighting that part of yourself, it frees up energy to move toward what lights you up and you can move toward those larger goals with momentum that feels natural and sustainable.
Burnout Patterns That Keep Recurring
Crash after crash, it’s the same story. You recover, you rebuild your energy, you tell yourself you’re going to do things differently, and then a few short months or years later, you’re back in the same place: exhausted, irritable, unhappy. The cycle is demoralizing, and it makes you wonder if sustainable success is even possible for you. But recurring burnout isn't fate; it's a sign that the underlying patterns haven't been addressed. This work goes beneath the surface to uncover the habits, mental narratives, and emotional drivers that keep you pushing yourself to depletion. By integrating these blocks rather than just managing them, you'll create a new baseline where high achievement and genuine rest coexist, and where your energy replenishes naturally.
Disconnection Between Values and Daily Actions
On paper your life looks successful, but something feels off. You're pouring energy into living out scripts that don't feel like yours—supporting other people’s projects, working hard to meet their expectations, making sure you don’t disappoint—but you’re wondering where the real “you” is in all of this. The path you’re on made sense when you started, but now you’re lost in the weeds and wondering what it’s all for and the disconnection is exhausting and disorienting.
You’re not lost, but you do need to pause and listen. That feeling of disconnection is your heart’s call to recalibrate, find your north star again, and reconnect to what actually matters to you beneath the noise of obligation and external pressure. As you clarify your values and integrate them into your daily choices, you’ll be able to make your life start to feel like it belongs to you again. As you find the courage to say no to the things that don’t align—including your own habits of mind, body, and spirit—and yes to the things that do, you'll move through your days with a sense of alignment and purpose, knowing that what you're building reflects who you truly are. Even when it’s uncomfortable.
Somatic Stress Responses Interfering with Performance
When your body feels like your enemy, it’s often just trying to tell you something. The tension in your shoulders, the tightness in your chest, the knot in your stomach: these aren't just obstacles that you power through with grit or a ceiling to bust through on your way to your next level of performance. They're signals that your nervous system is stuck in a stress response. That’s the thing that’s been undermining your clarity, your energy, and your effectiveness.
When we do somatic work, we'll help your body release what it's been holding and establish new patterns of regulation, and essentially train it to find a new baseline operating state. If you’re worried that letting go of stress means relaxing and turning into an unproductive noodle, that’s understandable, but that’s not the goal. It’s more like settling into a state of unhurried, alert readiness where the unimportant things can drop away for a moment to leave space for truly aligned action. Think of it like a runner settling into their starting blocks, or that pause before a golf swing that focuses you before you begin your wind up.
You'll learn to consciously read your body's signals and respond to them skilfully, so you can come back to a state that’s ready for the next action, and learn that pausing to settle leads into aligned action so much more skilfully than forcing your thinking mind to churn through every future path it can think down.
Difficulty Making Decisions with Confidence
Every decision feels heavy. You analyze, reconsider, seek more input, and still end up second-guessing yourself. This paralysis is often rooted in a fear of making the wrong choice, or an unconscious belief that you can't trust yourself. Together, we'll work at the emotional and somatic levels to help you reconnect with your inner clarity. You'll learn to distinguish between the noise of anxiety and the signal of your intuition, finding the balance between thoughtful consideration and decisive action. The outcome? Decisions that feel both grounded and energizing, made with confidence that flows naturally rather than feeling forced.
